Yes, if the product is unused and in the same condition as when you received it, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving the order. You first need to contact us at info@timepiecesofsweden.com and describe your case. Any refund will be made when the return has been approved. The product must have the plastic protection left and be sent in original packaging with certificate and manual and be well packaged to avoid damage in mail handling.

No, our watches are not waterproof. All watches below 10 ATM should avoid moisture and wetness in all its forms. In order to be 100% waterproof, the watch needs to be pressure tested after battery replacement, something that is not possible as we offer you as a customer to change the battery yourself at home, and save time and money.

The size guide will help you estimate what the watch will look like on your particular arm. Take out a ruler and measure the width of your forearm. Most have a width that is between 4 and 7 cm. Once you have measured the width of your forearm, you can compare with the examples below to estimate the size of the watch.
