Many
We offer a 2 (two) year warranty on all our products. Different parts of the watch are under different warranties, and not everything is covered by the warranty either. 

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects during the warranty period (2 years). The warranty does not cover normal wear or damage due to negligence. The warranty also does not cover damage caused by adjustments or repairs made by a non-professional party. Scratches and other damage to the glass are not covered by warranty, nor is damage due to moisture.

Ordering
When we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided in the order. Check your e-mail and contact customer service as soon as possible at info@timepiecesofsweden.com if something is not correct. If the order has already been sent or is ready to be delivered, the order cannot be canceled.


Shipment
Our normal delivery times are 1-4 days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends are sent no earlier than the following Monday.

We send all our goods with Postnord. Orders with a value exceeding SEK 100 are sent free of charge. 

For deliveries that are damaged or lost during delivery, we bear the cost of delivering a new watch. However, this must be reported to our customer service at info@timepiecesofsweden.com within a reasonable time (2 months from the order date).

For packages that have not been picked up, we charge a fee of SEK 199 to cover our restocking costs.


Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@timepiecesofsweden.com. You can return items within 14 days of delivery. In case of damage to the product or other questions contact us at info@timepiecesofsweden.com and we will help you. If you regret or are not satisfied with the product, please contact us at info@timepiecesofsweden.com. Timepieces Of Sweden AB is not responsible for returns that are damaged or disappear if you have not contacted us before returning.


Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices are inclusive of 25% VAT.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, errors in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information.


Return Policy
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a 14-day right to return that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.

When using your right of return:
You must let us know that you are returning your purchase, by sending an email to us at info@timepiecesofsweden.com. In your e-mail, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.

You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the legal 14 days after your regret email.

We are responsible for return shipping, but you are responsible for the condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund amount, corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product when the product is used or damaged.

Complaints
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or faulty when it arrives to you, we will undertake in accordance with current consumer protection legislation to rectify the fault free of charge or replace the product.

You must always contact us for an approval before returning a defective item.

The complaint must be sent immediately after the error has been discovered.


How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any errors and defects must always be reported to info@timepiecesofsweden.com where you enter your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.

If we fail to rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will reimburse you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.


Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility for any indirect damage that may result from the product.

We take no responsibility for delays / errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor dispute, fire, war, government decision, reduced or no delivery from supplier.

Furthermore, no liability is assumed for any changes to products / product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
